PPP Polling: Palin's Biggest Problem is ...

No, it's not her unpopularity with Democrats and Independents, It's the Primary Schedule.
Her more immediate problem is that she simply doesn't have much support in the vital early Republican states of Iowa, New Hampshire, Nevada, and Florida.

.......Now certainly the history of Presidential campaigns is full of people who started well back in the polling gaining momentum and rising to the top in the end. But those tend to be folks who start out with very low name recognition and gain more and more ground as they become better known. Palin's already maxed out on name recognition and it's kind of hard to imagine her winning over very many folks who don't already support her.

My guess is Rev, that very few Palin supporters will comment on this.

Many like to avoid the inevitable!

Bosman, you don't get it that Sarahcuda has no problems! If she loses the first few primaries, it will only make her that much stronger! If the Lame Stream Media and the RINOs can't stop her, the voters sure can't!

Get Real,

Are you the Campaign Coordinator for Sarah Palin in charge of strategy?

She. Is. Not. Running.

You forgot to mention South Carolina. It's also a very early primary state and if Palin can win it decisively, it may push her towards victory.

Therefore I'd like to see a new South Carolina poll.

Do you plan to poll the state anytime soon ?

I'd also like to see how Obama does in the general election.

I'm sure we'll do South Carolina in the next couple months

Yes Palin's supporters' second choice is Huckabee.

Palin is a her, not a him. I won't comment on the rest.

Sarah’s weaknesses are all fabrications by adversaries. The public doesn’t follow politics as we do; they just catch the repetitious attacks on Sarah. How often does anybody else get attacked? Sarah is that much x 1000. The Left with their media, and the RINO establishment know who the threat is. That is the explanation for the great number of attacks.

When she starts campaigning, the truth will come out. The darkness hates the light. In the end, truth prevails.

Anon-
I know Palinistas that dislike Mitt. But I know way, way more that dislike Huck. Mitt may have a ‘Masscare’ problem, but Huck has a ‘scumbag’ problem - much worse.

The Daily Kos pollster sure seems eager to spell Palin's doom lately.

Gee, I thought the Dems were praying for her to be the nominee...

The only way she doesn't win, is if she doesn't run. The Kos pollster is trying to convince her to sit out, IMO.

Bill, I think most Palinistas dislike Mitt and Huck equally...at least in the blogosphere. Some of the snarkiness displayed by supporters of said candidates is part of the reason. It may be different in the non-political sector of the population. I don't know.

It is because they are both so very popular to tens of millions of social conservatives.

=====

You make that sound as if it's a plus. There can only be ONE POTUS. WHICH of the 2 will this group choose?

Anonymous said...

The one who doesn't run.

BOSMAN said...

And when they BOTH don't run?

Anonymous said...

Rombots better pray they don't. And that just one doesn't show up in South Carolina.

Anonymous said...

Romney will then be so DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMED!!

BOSMAN said...

And if they BOTH show up in SC?

Anonymous said...

Romney is DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMED!! in that case, too.

"Sarah’s weaknesses are all fabrications by adversaries."

I'm sorry, but EVERYONE has weaknesses. I hope your admiration for the former governor is not turning into actual worship.

Get Real,

Okay, for the simple minded that argue like a Leftist troll: I should have said that all the weaknesses the media ascribes to Sarah are fabrications. (Duh)
Sarah and I are both Christians; nobody’s perfect.

This is a conservative sight, btw. That's what 'Right' means.

GetReal said...

So you're inferring that I'm simple minded, and at least "like" a leftist troll because I don't drink the -Sarah has no discernible flaws except minor ones between her and God in her private life- Kool-Aid.

I'll let people decide for themselves which one of us is behaving in a way that would indicate a simple mind.
