Palin's getting death threats at unprecedented levels

Due to the lack of coverage on the matter, I would venture to guess that a majority of Americans are oblivious to the fact that Sarah Palin has received an unprecedented number of death threats over the past several days.
An aide close to Sarah Palin says death threats and security threats have increased to an unprecedented level since the shooting in Arizona, and the former Alaska governor’s team has been talking to security professionals.
Fox News reported today on the alarming number of threats that Palin has received via Twitter. The following video is a four-minute montage of some of the "tweets." While this video may be disturbing to some, I think it's important to shed some light on the potential consequences of the irresponsible behavior of the mainstream media and many elected members of the Democrat party.

WARNING: THIS VIDEO CONTAINS GRAPHIC LANGUAGE AND MAY BE DISTURBING TO SOME!

I'm up for another lecture from the left about "civility." How about you?

I am not a Palin fan, but I am angry about the way that the press wants to blame her for the shootings. I am also disgusted that death threats are somehow okay as long as they're aimed at the "right" people, such as George W. or Sarah. I believe that most people who bother to look into the case at all will realize that this Loughner guy is an absolute nutcase. Obama's visit here was more of a campaign rally and only the presence of Jan Brewer reminded people that this was supposed to be a memorial service for those who died in this tragedy.

In case Pablo is reading this, Rush Limbaugh did say that he thought Obama was surprised that the memorial service turned out more like a campaign rally than a memorial service, as well.

Anyway, I condemn all death threats! Life is good, and I don't wish people dead. I believe decent people feel that way, as well.

Is someone tweeting that someone should be killed really a death threat?

I agree with everything AZ said. This is completely unfair to pin things on Sarah, all for speaking in popular political metaphor. The left trying to squash outspoken political opponents and spewing hate with this tragedy is transparent and disgusting. It's as if everyone forgot the guy also killed a judge appointed by a republican. I bet if it was a democrat judge who was killed and a republican who was wounded, it'd be different.

Maybe, maybe not..

Try tweeting those messages about the president, and see how long it takes for the Secret Service to show up at your doorstep.
