Mike Huckabee is off to Alaska

According to This Article, Mike Huckabee will be on a cruise to Alaska the first part of June.

He's starring in a week long "Christian-based" cruise along the Alaskan coast this summer.

I guess the cruise will have a Christian Music theme to it,
"It took more time than I thought to work out all the details," gospel-music promoter Frank Arnold wrote in announcing the trip, "but it definitely worth the wait." "Not only is there an incredible lineup of Christian artists," he said, "but our guest host for the entire cruise" is Huckabee.

Read the full story is here.

Do you think he'll get any hunting in along the way?

Just a thought.

Would he be sailing away in June if he had announced his candidacy for President before this time?

Good point Ann. My guess is he is either not running or is planning a real late announcement.

August timetable and after IA Straw poll. He'll be the last one to enter and have six full months to rally the troops.

If he waits that long, the troops will have already been rallied!

It is his constant associations with church groups, that will keep him from ever winning the nomination. Most want to keep church and state separate. Many feel Huckabee will have a hard time doing this.
