PPP Polls: 2012 head-to-head poll in North Carolina

According to PPP polling, Mike Huckabee has a 1 point lead over President Obama. Huckabee is down 4 points since last month. After Huckabee, Mitt Romney has the next best chances of beating Obama there. He is only behind by 3 points.
Mike Huckabee continues to be the one Republican he trails but the 1 point deficit at 46-45 is down from 4 points a month ago. Obama leads the rest of the top Republicans- it's 46-43 over Mitt Romney, compared to a tie a month ago, 48-42 over Newt Gingrich, compared to a 1 point lead a month ago, and 52-38 over Sarah Palin, compared to a 5 point lead a month ago

PPP surveyed 520 North Carolina voters from December 17th to 19th. The survey’smargin of error is +/-4.3%. Other factors, such as refusal to be interviewed andweighting, may introduce additional error that is more difficult to quantify.

Congrats to Huckabee. Although Romney didn't do to shabby.

I thought he was supposed to do bad in the Carolinas as compared to the others?

2 good showings by Romney today in FL and NC. Palin, not so good!
