Mike Huckabee discusses Weighty Issue

Mike Huckabee was on America Live today to discuss Neil Cavuto's defense of Chris Christie's weight issue.

Gov. Mike Huckabee said:

*Chris Christie has done a phenomenal job in New Jersey bringing budget back to reality.
* Shows Matthews has nothing to hit Christie over in terms of substance so take him on about his appearance.
*Huckabee says he has struggled with weight so much of his adult life.
*How much Chris Christie weighs has no major barring on the kind of job that he does as the governor of New Jersey.

Welcome aboard TC,

Huckabee is correct. Weight doesn't matter. Then again, you don't want your elected official taking the reigns and then having a fatal heart attack.

As to Huck's weight being an issue, HE MADE IT SO.

In rhe 08 campaign I got tired of hearing about how much weight he lost to, GET INTO CAMPAIGN SHAPE.

He recently said something similar. If you see me losing weight, you know I'm serious.

I'm still waiting!

His weight won't keep him from being President. There are 1033 other reasons,

Romney / DeMint 2012!

No one should be judged based on their weight. Saying that, I am not a fan of Mike Huckabee.

Welcome Texas Conservative.

Although not a fan of Huckabee, I'd accept him as POTUS over Palin, any day of the Week.

FAT or THIN.

Phil's PDS is showing. This post has nothing whatsoever to do with Palin.

Welcome TC. After recent polling data indicated that Palin is a strong second choice of Huckabee supporters, I've eliminated Huck bashing from my repertoire. I'll leave that to the Rombots. It's what they do best!

I could care less how fat he is. I agree though that a lot of the Huckabee fat comments on many blogs, were brought on by Huckabee dwelling on this issue himself.

Welcome to Right Speak TC,

You've got your work cut out for you with Huckabee. I'd say good luck, but being a Romney supporter I probably wouldn't mean it.
