Juan Williams is Fired by NPR. Political correctness gone haywire!

NPR's senior political analyst and Fox news contributor Juan Williams Was fired today by NPR for making a statement on The Bill O'Reilly show last Monday night.

The following video shows the statement that got him fired and William's reaction after hearing the news:

I'm not a big fan of Williams but I will say, he should not have been fired.
This brings political correctness to a new low.

Palin just did a Facebook post about this. Quick, rush to her page and read it! (Just kidding.)

She rips apart NPR, and calls for congress to defund it. NPR is taxpayer funded. It’s mission is suppose to be, “To create a more informed public.” This is not what it does. It, obviously, stifles opposing views or anything it deems ‘politically incorrect’. Time to make it ‘National PRIVATE Radio.’

Juan has not been nice to Sarah, so this surprises me a bit. But it is testimony to her personal character.

Cut funding to NPR now!

I have no use for NPR. This does not surprise me. They should lose their public funding over this, but they probably won't.

I honestly don't think palin KNOWS who Juan Williams is. she assumes he's a right leaning commentator because he's often on Fox. However, I'm glad picked him up with a real contract this time. It's good to have balance.

Ellie,
Palin knows Juan Williams. She knows he comments negatively about her. (He’s a liberal.) That's why it surprised me that she's supporting him.

I emailed Bill O'Reilly yesterday, I asked him if he could remember the last time conservatives and liberals agreed on an issue and to thank Williams for creating harmony out of misery.
