According to the General Staff , 188 battles have taken place on the front since the beginning of the day on September 19. The aggressor launched one missile strike, carried out 64 air strikes using 199 guided bombs, used 6,084 kamikaze drones for strikes, and carried out 2,006 shelling of the positions of our troops and settlements.
Two enemy assault actions have been recorded in the North Slobozhansk and Kursk directions since the beginning of the day. The invaders carried out 74 attacks on the positions of our troops and settlements.
In the South Slobozhansk direction, the Russians attacked the positions of our units six times in the direction of the settlements of Lyman, Artilne, Ternova, Mala Vovcha, Vilhuvatka, and Shevyakivka.
In the Kupyansk direction, the enemy twice tried to improve its positions by conducting assault operations in the Kurylivka and Kivsharivka areas.
Seven attempts by the invaders to advance were repelled in the Lyman direction in the areas of the settlements of Novoyehorivka, Novoselivka, and Lyman. One of these attacks is still ongoing.
In the Slavyansk direction, the Defense Forces stopped three attempts by the invaders to advance in the area of the settlements of Yampil, Mykolaivka, and in the direction of Pyskunivka.
In the Kostyantynivka direction, the Defense Forces repelled 18 enemy assaults in the area of the Kostyantynivka settlement and towards Osykovye, Dovha Balka, Illinivka, Rusyny Yar, Mykolaypillya, Stepy, and Vilnye. Two assault operations are still ongoing.
In the Pokrovsk direction, the enemy launched 15 attacks. The occupiers tried to advance towards the settlements of Dobropillya, Vodyanske, Bilytske, Novy Donbas, Sergiyevka, and Molodetske. --->READ MORE HERE
A total of 188 combat clashes between Ukraine’s Defense Forces and Russian forces were recorded along the front line on September 19, with the enemy most actively attempting to attack in the Kostiantynivka sector.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this on Facebook in an update on the battlefield situation as of 22:00, Ukrinform reports.
“A total of 188 combat clashes have taken place since the beginning of the day. The aggressor launched one missile strike, carried out 64 airstrikes using 199 guided aerial bombs, deployed 6,084 kamikaze drones for attacks, and conducted 2,006 strikes on the positions of our troops and populated areas,” the report says.
In the Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk sectors, two enemy assault operations were recorded since the beginning of the day. Russian forces carried out 74 attacks on Ukrainian positions and populated areas.
In the Southern Slobozhanshchyna sector, Russian forces attacked Ukrainian positions six times toward the settlements of Lyman, Artilne, Ternova, Mala Vovcha, Vilkhuvatka, and Shevyakivka.
