In the Kramatorsk direction , the enemy made two attempts to displace our defenders from their positions in the area of the settlements of Nykyforivka and Chasiv Yar.
The Defense Forces repelled 11 enemy assaults in the Kostiantynivka direction near the settlements of Kostiantynivka, Pleshchiivka, Ivanopillia, Berestok, Rusyn Yar, and toward the settlements of Illinivka and Kucheriv Yar. Two combat engagements are ongoing.

Russian troops have attacked the positions of the Ukrainian Defense Forces 215 times since the beginning of the day.
As Ukrinform reports, this is stated in a message from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook about the situation as of 10:00 p.m. on June 5.
