Rasmussen Poll: Romney is trusted over Obama when it comes to running the economy and 4 other issues

Voters now trust likely Republican nominee Mitt Romney more than President Obama on all five issues regularly surveyed by Rasmussen Reports, especially when it comes to money.

I’m going to read you a short list of issues in the news. For each, please let me know which presidential candidate you trust more to handle that issue—Barack Obama or Mitt Romney.

Economy:

Mitt Romney 51%
Barack Obama 39%

Health care:

Mitt Romney 45%
Barack Obama 40%

National security:

Mitt Romney 44%
Barack Obama 42%

Taxes:

Mitt Romney 48%
Barack Obama 38%

Energy Policy:

Mitt Romney 43%
Barack Obama 40%

A survey of 1000 likely voters was conducted May 10-11, 2012. The MOE is +/-3%.
