    'Cruz is the candidate to beat Trump'

    Cruz has, thus far, 465 of the 1237 delegates required.

    1237 - 465 = 772 delegates needed by Cruz to attain the nomination.

    There are 944 delegates still avaliable.

    Hence, Cruz needs [(772/944) X 100]%
    = 82% (to the nearest integer)of the remaining delegates, to attain the nomination.

    'Cruz is the candidate to beat Trump'
