Cruz is a scoundrel. He sent notices to old, crippled people, scaring them into thinking they had to caucus. He should apologize to the entire state of Iowa, and pledge to give back any delegates won.
Good grief, campaigns do this all the time. I got the same thing during the 2014 elections!! Other campaigns are just angry they did not do it first!!
