Justice Antonin Scalia discusses his book, "Reading Law: The Interpretation of Legal Texts.” The book is co-authored by Bryan Garner, Distinguished Research Professor of Law at Southern Methodist University. Scalia presents a case for a return to a more scrupulous and attentive approach to the words of legal texts.
I thought many of you would find this interesting. There aren't many interviews out there with Scalia. This particular one gives a little insight to his train of thought as one who sits and listens to the many cases that make it to his courtroom:
