2008: Dems 39%, Repubs 32%, Indies 29%
2004: Dems 37%,Repubs 37%, Indies 26%
2000: Dems 39%, Repubs 35%, Indies 26%
1996: Dems 40%, Repubs 35%, Indies 22%
2012, IMHO, will be a far better year for Republicans than 2004 was, thanks to the disastrous Obama presidency, the very strong Romney-Ryan ticket, and the enormous impact of the Tea Party movement.
And 2004 was a pretty good year for Republicans.
2012, however, will make the 2010 landslide look like a horse race.
