
New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, R, hit back at the state legislature for not doing anything to reform public pensions and the civil service in a pointed speech on Monday. "They've done nothing on this issue. It is nothing but hot air. And two-page press releases with bullet points. That's not how you fix the big things in New Jersey. It's not the way it gets done."
