It speaks of the church's efforts to find ways to bring gays into leadership in the church while still allowing for the feelings of those who are gay or have same sex attraction, but feel that it is morally wrong to practice openly, and go to church leaders to help them cope. Talk about challenging. The Church of England is now no longer "equal" but placed in a position of submission to the decrees of the government.

AZAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3571954475140446599.post-25110478864671400702011-07-12T19:53:05.488-04:002011-07-12T19:53:05.488-04:00My favorite part of the pledge is that sex in marr...My favorite part of the pledge is that sex in marriage is better than outside of marriage. Do you really think being gay..."OJ, seriously. Do you really think being gay is a choice?" It may not be a 100% choice, but if you think that choice has absolutely nothing to do with it, than you have gone a lot more nutty than I realized:

Pawlenty Isn't Gaga about Singer's Science
Former Governor Tim Pawlenty may like the song "Born This Way," but that doesn't mean he agrees with the philosophy behind it. On yesterday's edition of "Meet the Press," David Gregory pressed the presidential candidate about the popular Lady Gaga tune. "Is being gay a choice?" Gregory asked. Pawlenty responded, "There's no scientific conclusion that it's genetic... We don't know that. We don't know to what extent it's behavioral. It's something that's been debated by scientists for a long time. If I understand the science, there is not current conclusion that it is genetic." Not only is Pawlenty brave, he's right. As FRC's Peter Sprigg explains in his "Top 10 Myths about Homosexuality," there is no such thing as a "gay gene." Instead, research points to a mix of developmental factors to explain the behavior. Even the Obama administration, when it refused to defend the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA), cited a "growing scientific consensus that sexual orientation is... immutable." Yet the only source it could produce to support its claim was a 1992 study, which was debunked shortly afterward by a pro-homosexual researcher! Hats off to Governor Pawlenty for knowing his science and refusing to be swayed by one singer's delusions about sexuality.Ohio JOEhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03487408376861656109noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3571954475140446599.post-90895128969944361342011-07-12T10:28:19.275-04:002011-07-12T10:28:19.275-04:00Bachmann somehow thinks she can win the Presidency...Bachmann somehow thinks she can win the Presidency by excluding and/or alienating various groups.

As a walking and talking disaster area, She does not have the mental capacity to be President.ConManhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11609004367223801447noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3571954475140446599.post-78837883215692918412011-07-12T10:02:02.584-04:002011-07-12T10:02:02.584-04:00OJ, seriously.
