ROMNEY TIES OBAMA in LATEST PPP POLL

PPP just published their latest national numbers which have Romney and Obama tied at 45 - 45 %. Romney is only GOP candidate to tie president, who leads all others by McCain like numbers. MITT is leading Obama by 9 % among Independents at 46 % -37 %

Head-To-Head:

Romney 45% (even)
Obama 45%

Obama 48%
Bachman 41% (-7)

Obama 48%
Pawlenty 39% (-9)

Obama 48%
Cain 36% (-12)

Obama 53%
Palin 37% (-16)

When PPP allocates Undecideds, Romney leads Obama 52 - 48 %. Obama leads or ties all other GOP candidates by as much as 53 -37 % for Sarah Palin and 48 -39 % for Michelle Bachmann.
PPP surveyed 928 registered voters from July 15th to 17th. The margin of error for the
survey is +/-3.2%.

    Actually on top of her national image problems.... I wouldn't say Palin is conservative..... given her wealth redistribution policies..... she's a liberal..... a big one.
