Sarah Palin comments on Mitt Romney While in Massachusetts today

33 comments:

  1. I found the very end of Sarah's statement to be disingenuous. She said that she had a scheduled stop in NH today to meet with some "good people," but when asked how long she would be there, just for the night or for a few days, she didn't know. Either she has a schedule or she doesn't. She is sinking lower and lower in my opinion.

  2. Palin always asks us to believe the impossible. That is just utter hogwash that she didn't do what she did today on purpose.

Many people stand between Palin and the nomination, but none more than Romney.

  3. Palin is pure and simple, and opportunist. She wants to upstage everyone. It is no co inky dink that she is doing her magical mystical I Love Me tour during a week in which several will be announcing for President.

Say what you will about Romney, but one thing is very clear, he has CLASS.

  5. Palin made a BIG mistake today. Dumping and upstaging a fellow republican who had supported her is disgraceful. At least Haley Barbour had the grace to "let Mitt have his day." Now it's personal, I'm starting to see it really is all about Selfish Sarah. I really want her to run now more than ever so she can fall flat on her face and this myth about her being a great leader can be shattered.

  6. Wow.

You really have to be rubbing people the wrong way, if you can manage to p.o. a reasonable, unconfrontational, open-minded guy like Mike Z.

  8. Martha got me thinking today. If a candidate has no hoice of winning my state, would I still be beholden to supporting them or write in another's name?

Hmmmmm......have to give that some thought. Perhaps how they conduct themselves will be the final arbiter.....Hmmmmmmm.

  9. Doug....

    That can work multiple ways.

  10. Actually AJ, it only works if your state is a lost cause. If the GOP nominee is competitive - which may be the case in NY/NJ depending on who it is, then you have to vote for them.

But if it's a foregone conclusion, than it opens up options.

More than likely I'll vote for the nominee. But it's nice to have an option if one is cantakerous come November 2012.

  11. she knew she did it on purpose. Too bad she will not run, but is doing all this for the love of the spotlight and fame. What a selfish lady. The guy that plastered the sign on her bus saying she's a mediawhore was spot on.

  13. I was never a fan of hers, but this was deliberate.

She wants to fire from the sidelines and not face any scrutiny.

Oh, I'm not a candidate, I'm just taken my family on a tour.

    Sorry Sarah, not very classy.

I hope you get in so I can LAUGH MY A55 off when you lose badly.

  14. Rev,

If the tables were turned and Romney did what Palin did...would you be upset at him? Or would you and the other Rombots laugh it off and say how smart Romney was. I'm not trying to start anything...I am just curious. I suspect that you Rombots would be laughing it up about how Romney showed up that idiot Palin.

  16. Romney sends his staffers out to attack Palin anonymously all the time. At least she has the guts to do it herself. Everything she said was spot on.

  17. romney is a worthless liberal coward who couldn't even stand up to Ted Kennedy.

    ReplyDelete
  18. Umm, he did stand up to Kennedy, troll. He nearly won.

To answer AJR, it's a tough question to speculate. All we have is Romney's history - all class. He let McCain and Palin have their day. He didn't try to sabotage, upstage, or contradict their strategy - and it was still the primaries.

What Romney did do back then, was throw his full support behind McCain and started to campaign for him and other Republicans up for election.

    ReplyDelete
  19. Nope. Kennedy won by 17 points. Romney nearly crapped himself in that debate.

    ReplyDelete
  20. To call him a "deer in the headlights" in that debate is being too kind.

    ReplyDelete
  21. His performance in the 2008 debates was not much better.

  24. "Romney sends his staffers out to attack Palin anonymously all the time. At least she has the guts to do it herself. Everything she said was spot on." Best quote of the day.

"go back to c4p where you came from troll." Pass the popcorn everybody, the Romneyites don't like trolls all of a sudden. We warned them that what comes around goes around, but once again they would not listen.

  25. Wow, it's happening sooner than I predicted. Now you guys can feel the wrath of the liberal trolls. What you don't understand is that this has been there plan all along...disrupt Republican blogs so there is no sense of unity amongst the grassroots...a house divided. You guys laughed along when they were just targeting Palin...now I get to chuckle.

  26. I don't feel bad at all for Romney...since he made it a habit to step all over people's concession speeches last go around. He stepped over McCain's, Michigan concession speech and Giuliani's Florida concession speech that was also his campaign concession speech. Romney fans thought that stuff was brilliant now Palin ruins Romney's day and you guys are in a tizzy?

  27. i think palin's was intentional, mr romney would never do a thing like that...maybe

  28. "Now you guys can feel the wrath of the liberal trolls." Yup!

"Romney fans thought that stuff was brilliant now Palin ruins Romney's day and you guys are in a tizzy?" Shhhhhh, they think that only the elite can be brilliant.

  29. Sarah said she didn't do it on purpose and wouldn't have done it if Romney indicated he'd be offended by it. Romney says it was a coincidence...

If these two can let it go, shouldn't we?

  30. I for one never liked the anonymous trolls and complained when I saw them. Two people liked them, and we know who they are, yet all Romney supporters get lumped in.

    ReplyDelete
  31. GetReal, I apologize to both you and hamaca...and Dan(even though I don't think he is a Romney supporter this time around) you're right, you guys did complain about them but the others may not have rooted them on...but they didn't shout them down and more than 2 agreed with them on many occasion.

    JR, OJ, AJR, and RWN.

See what you've done. You've brought all these intellectually disadvantaged Anonymous trolls down upon RS.

There is no point arguing with you guys, It's pointless.

Might as well call this place Palin Speak!
