    It's tough now if your getting out of college and entering this job market. Many graduates are settling for anything just to have a paycheck. It was so different when I got out of school. I had a job before I graduated.

    There are so many people looking for work and very discouraged by their prospects. Telling people the economy is getting better does not make it so.
